checks stopped?
I just received my check and it is only for 3 days.
I assume they have stoped paying me as of 3-31 I am still inured and have been waiting for surgery that the judge ordered on 3-14 the only thing that happened is i had to cancell a dr appt for epidural due tono transportation requested help from ins co for transportation prior to cancelling ins co refused to return calls from my attorney how can they stop payments i am not refusing treatment have no way to get there and back they have helped with transportation for ime called attorney no reply yet what can i do epidural was suggested because ins co was not complying with ct order in a timely manner. any advice wuld help "Laughter is the tonic, the relief, the surcease for pain" |

I am not as upset as I was just simply do not understand this mess\ I know I am not alone For over a year they have known what needs to be done to get me back to work Yet they let a person sit and wait in pain Delay treatment, Now I am reinjured just becuse i tried to get out of my house for a few minutes. I cn't keep sitting in my house afraid to move I USE to be an active hard working person. I can't bring myself to start with a new attorney again, I just don't have the fight in me anymore If I could find a job to do with my restrictions I would take it and live I just ddont feel like a productive human anymore I never thought I could sink so low Now no money , I don't want their D%^M money but I need t util I ca earn my own It didnt have to be like this. Treatment and back to work--- this is sadistic. So I just sit and wait and hope "Laughter is the tonic, the relief, the surcease for pain" |

100% AGREED!!!! Hang in there.

I hear you! I have had 2 different problems that got worse (one became permanent) just because they made me wait and wait some more. As my lawyer told me, they don't care one bit about my health.
