What is REQUIP, is it a meds?

My knee has been swollen I can't find jeans to fit, and my entire left leg is swollen. Been wearing my capri's.

My feet are also swollen and my left foot is one shoe size larger then my right. Been this way for about a month.

I do feel better today, taking it easy and the nerve pain isn't constant.
