Update on my case

RE: Update on my case
Crabby, all May Not be Lost Yet!! If You Appeal, and Your Attorney looks at the Appeals Docket and who's Presiding, they can Work around the old Arbitrator and make Sure the Appeal is Heard by another! It May take a couple of Postponements, but if Your Attorney is good at it, You will be Heard by a Different Arbitrator!! I know it's tough to be Strong and Carry on after such a Hard Blow, but Hopefully in a Few Days You will be able to turn this into a Working Anger, and go at them again!! The Best thing You can do now, since they think they have Won is be a thorn in their Side, and Appeal!! Hopefully with a Different Arbitrator You will Receive the Decision You Deserve!! I know You probably aren't in the Mind Set to do this right now, Which is Understandable, just Please re-read this Post in a Few Days, and Maybe it will Help!! As Always, My Best to You!!Wink

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!

CRABBY...I have no advice, but lots of support here for you. I am so sorry that you have lost all that you have lost, and am very happy that you are going to be at the castle so that we can all surround you and help you to see that nothing that has been said or not said defines the person you are... only you can control that .....and I am praying that the rest your life does not have the obstical course that your life has had in the last few years... life is still ahead and my wishes are that it is a clear sail..... Red

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

RE: Update on my case
Crabby, You have gone too far through the system to give up. You may have lost some material items but you still have yourself and all of us on here. I like the thing Limbo said about being a thorn in their side and eventually they will want to talk more or settle. I do not have near the experience most on this site have with the W/C system and I have learned that giving up is just what the I/C wants.

Nothing changes when nothing changes

RE: Update on my case
Crabby,
I'm so sorry that you had another bad experience. I know first hand how it feels to have people lie in court right in front of you and while they are under oath. It is all bull that the W/C plays. I know you have gone thru so much already, but please don't give them the satisfaction of you giving up. Keep up the fight, otherwise all that you had to endure so far will be for nothing. I hope that all works out the right way for you and that they get thier just due in the end. Keep the faith, because the Good Lord is always watching. I can't wait to meet you in person at the castle. Call me if you need to talk hon.
Love
Vickie

RE: Update on my case
All of you are the best let me tell you and the advise is wonderful...I wasn't sure if I would get the same arbitrator...still, lilly, red, cap, vickie,cd, monster tuffy and everyone else on the forum....thank you for your wonderful advise...It really just hit me hard..that they actually would or it would be better to lie...just because I told them my back wasn't hurting now as much as the neck and right shoulder that I'm now a liar....you'd think the arbitrator would take that as a sign of honesty as far as not trying to get more out of the situation, I just don't get it...must have been brought up wrong....but I'm awaiting my attorney to send me the transcript and the letter from the arbitrator, he was very upset on the phone and I could hear it in his voice...he was flabbergasted!!! but anyway I will have him appeal as long as I know I have a chance at a different arbitrator...I did rec eive a letter from the Federal Government the EEOC advising me to proceed with my charges against the Village/Police and see an attorney on monday for that, so maybe something will come of that and all will fall into place eventually...thanks so much for listening to me and received a call (this is the third call in last four months) from a police department to interview for a position....I didn't go before because of my arm and doing repetition really puts me out, but I will tell them the truth and if I have to sign a waiver I will....I was totally suprised by this call, they called when I was on the phone with my attorney receiving the good news "HA" and couldn't get to them quick enuff and then they sent me an email...and then called again...so I will interview with them (wish me luck) all doors are not closed and I truly believe the good lord is here with me....and it will work out...once again I thank all of you and I hope I didn't leave anyone out for listening once again to my plight....I know it gets redundent, but it is the truth.....I love all of you and feel so grateful for all of you....

no where to hide
