Thank you all
I am in the process of contacting Doctors up in Erie, Pa. which is where I am from and all my family is still there.
I don't know why I didn't think about this before but I guess it was better I was here for all the hearings so all is good.
It will be a lot easier to go thru the two surgeries with family around.
My two daughters are involved with thier jobs and all I am doing is creating problems with thier jobs. They have been great for the past 14 months but it is taking it's toll on us all.

Judge authorized surgery on 3-12 but insurance co is stalling, I will
wait until the 12th of April and have attorney do something. I hope we do not have to go to another hearing. Who knows this whole thing is a nightmare

I hope that if the lawyer maybe files now .. they will know he means business .. or that by 4-12 they will say ok
