RE: insurance
Hi,

Your private insurance company can't go after you for payment, it is not your fault they paid the bills. You should call them and let them know, you will file a complaint against them with the Insurance Commissioner as it is their job to recoup this money from Workmen's Comp Insurance, not from you.
What they can do is take back all payments from all providers and the providers have a right to bill you, but not the insurance company.

I would suggest to call all doctor's offices who treated you and let them know, they need to rebill to workman's comp insurance, but you need to give them all billing info, such as address and also the claim number. After they billed workman's insurance and if they deny, than your attorney has to stepp in.
