Old injury is now hurting
Help, my husband had surgery through workmans comp in 1994 he last saw the dr in 1995 and was told everything ok and he would be insured for life. His area where he had surgery is now hurting and the insurance is giving us a hard time, anyone experienced this same situation or have any suggestions?

mmmmm not me but it would help if you gave us more info a state is needed and what is"life" that can mean only 10 years in some stated and what surgery he had would help
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

your husband will need a medical report relating his current treatment needs to the 14yr old work injury and not any events since then. Might be a good time to settle out the future medical....
