Hi I got injured in 2006 in KY I was a nurse I just reach MMI in feb 2008 comp case manger cut off my checks and said he would figure up a settlement amount does anyone know how to figure what that amount should be I have 33% disability of rt arm and 20% total body and I cant return to my job as a nurse due to the injury. I called an lawyer but he said to wait and see what comp offers me before I get him because it may be enough to where I would take it and not have to pay out the fees. Case manger already told me that I would get life time medical but nothing on money yet. Any info I will be greatful. Thanks

here in okla it would be 20% of 500 weeks(all they will pay on WC) which is 100 times your weekly TTD check or to make it simple if your WC check was 100 dollars a week they would times that bu a hundred and offer you 10,000 then there are a few variables in there.....but it is a starting place for you good luck
