ok..Tuffy...this is what I have done. I copied the avatar to my picture files. Then I go to my profile and click on change avatar. Then I browse and bring up the avatar url address in my computer. Then I go into the avatars properties and get the url address and copy it and then paste it into the URL area. What am i doing wrong? I have never felt so foolish in my life...

I guess you have to go back and reread every post from the beginning and our minds are in the gutter
