hello i hope someone can help me, i injured my back on the job ive been off work since jan 9th, 2008 ive been going to therapy 2 days a week i aiso went for a 2 hour test to see if i was able to do the work harding program, but the way its looking i didnt pass that test i still dont have strength in my right side and my right leg goes numb on me i also started having tremors in my right hand and arm. so more than likely im gonna be ruled disabled, ive been getting workmans comp for it but if im disabled would the company be responsable to make a settlement with me. ive even got the papers from the dr whos been treating me

It depends on what laws control your benefits.
each state has a different comp system.
2-3 months is a bit early for doctors to make a prediction on your medical future.

my dr.s tel me my arm has nothing to do with my back[lol] i didnt have problems until they cut my back and moved alot of nerves around thats when things started.good luck
