I APOLOGIZE

RE: I APOLOGIZE
Jayne,

Please do not appologize. It is refreshing to see people like yourselves on this forum standing UP for the injured worker's of America. The stigma is so overwhelming in our state. It is sad.

I for one, am willing to continue to voice my opinion and shout to be heard and will continue this uphill battle for Hubbie until he is treated fairly and given the proper treatment to get better. Hubbie is being treated like a "common criminal" and thus our family has suffered needlessly. I am demanding that things change.

All IW's and their families, you MUST remain strong and fight for your rights. Please do not cave into what the WC insurance companies want you to do. They will try to starve you out. Be strong and do not let this happen. God wants us all to be strong and take care of each other. I have to include that Christian thought in my message.

Be strong my fellow friends!

Wife of injured man

RE: I APOLOGIZE
Oh I am strong when it comes to me......I cant stand to watch another be mistreated.....I know someone on here will chew my big butt over this, but I understand why people go postal and shoot things up....I am not saying its right,But I understand when you are pushed so far into the corner you have only 2 choices die or come out shooting......I understand the latter....so chew away but you better bring lunch and dinner cuz my butt is huge

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

RE: I APOLOGIZE
Jayne,
Great big (but gentle) HUGS coming your way hon. I sent you a Pm.
I also feel the way you do, and as Limbo said about his case, I too am in a delicate place in mine at this time also. But watch out when all this crap is over with, all He** is gonna break loose again. Feel free to vent, scream or whatever, it just shows that your are alive.
Love
Vickie

RE: I APOLOGIZE
Ok jayne, I will send ya to the shreiking tree ........ lol I think that is what the Irish call it when your upset about something. You don't need to go to the shed. (Unless admin sends ya)

Honestly, I feel the same way. I have had a rough few days of it myself. Between the pain and fatigue (btw, I think I woke up at 3 pm yesterday then went back to bed an hour later if you wonder why I am up this early). Tried fighting off the fatigue but as Red can tell you that is one of the hardest things to do. So when it hits the body just crashes. Hard when it happens and driller is home since he's home for 4 days and gone to work for 4 days. So at least I waited to completely collapse until he was off to work this time.

The pain he is use to dealing with when it comes to me. Thank goodness for him being so understanding on that. He did make me set up an appt for a rheuematologist so I have that done, so hopefully I can start getting some control over the pain and fatigue that is going on.

But like others, I had to deal with wc and the mess that comes with it. 4 yrs of no treatment on my shoulders unless I paid for it, and then the court says it was pre-existing - go and figure even with doctors records backing up the work injury. Which I guess is good in a way because my health insurance still covers all my treatment that I need including my back injury that wc did cover since wc said I needed no further treatment. lol What I thought was strange was the judge limited both sides to 50 pages of exhibitions and yet the IC was able to submit well over that and we were limited to the 50 pages. So tell me which side was the judge for???
