Recently action was injured workers were asked to contact the governor and state legislators and the campaign was a success!

NOW...more action is needed!

BILLS ARE SITTING IN COMMITTEE THAT HELO INJURED WORKERS.WORKING KANSANS...BY INCREASING BENEFITS AND CLARIFYING CO, PLICATED LAWS. BUT LEGISLATIVE LEADERS WON'T SCHEDULE HEARINGS FOR THESE IMPORTANT BILLS THAT WOULD PROVIDE RELIEF TO WORKING KANSAS FAMILIES.

It's time to quit stalling and fix work comp now!

A bill in committee HB 2937 is an important first step because it restores disability benefits slashed by a recent Kansas Supreme Court decision.

By giving HB 2937 a committee hearing injured workers will have the opportunity to urge legislators to make even more changes to work comp.

Sorry I didn't post earlier. My son is home sick and we just got back from the hospital.

He has asthma and is having problems breathing. Again, he is running a temp of 102.6.

I am waiting for results of his test.

Yes, I will make the call and if I can find an e-mail address I will share my story with legislators.

No I didnt call ILL.I have my hands full trying to keep this house going today and no I didnt call kansas but hope when Bill and Becca get home I will have a few min to do both......
