hello everone i been doing some reserching.do i have to get a rating from the i/c. the only rating i have gotten is from where my lawyer sent me to a doctor . i seen a company doctor one time and he only took x-rays. and that is when i already had surgery.has anyone ever heard of this.thank you everyone.

Ratings, all depend on the Insurance Carrier, their Adjustor, and your State Laws and Rules.

IME, is a medical evaluation of your injury. It's more so, only a Medical Opinion, for an IME is not, nor have they treated you.

the company i was working for never treated me one time. i went to there doctor . after it was all said and done.surgery ime mri etc lol and he wrote in his statement he would not give amopion untill he referd the the other docs medical records but as far as them treateing me no not once the damn supervisor wouldnt even send me to a doctor.

Then I would think this is a good time to talk things over with your Attorney. Surely the Attorney can point you in the right direction. Sometimes it's hard to give a good opinion, when one doesn't know anothers whole case and medical. If you know what I mean.
