RE: IME
Ratings, all depend on the Insurance Carrier, their Adjustor, and your State Laws and Rules.
IME, is a medical evaluation of your injury. It's more so, only a Medical Opinion, for an IME is not, nor have they treated you. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |

RE: IME
Then I would think this is a good time to talk things over with your Attorney. Surely the Attorney can point you in the right direction. Sometimes it's hard to give a good opinion, when one doesn't know anothers whole case and medical. If you know what I mean.
