Been out of town, here is my update

Pooh, Limbo, imsckofit, Princess, and Spring, Thank you very much for the kind words, worry, support, advice and everything. I really enjoy coming home from work, doing my thing with my the family, then logging on here to read and speak to my new family and get help and hopefully help someone also. Pooh I thought I was the only one up at 2 in the morning. I read my post above, I wrote it kind of not the right way. He did not say that is the way he is going to do it, I was thinking out loud, could he take the old one out from the front even though he put it in from the back, and put in the new one. And I am staying well within my restrictions. Limbo thank you very much for the kind words. They do nothing but help. Imsckofit, thank you also for the kind words. My wife had, one microdisectomy w/c related, but she was back to normal and work in like 6 months or so. So she kind of understands, but she did not go through anything that I am. Princess, I saw my pain management doctor today, he knows the second opinion doctor, I guess he is one of the top ones. We will see. Thanks. Spring, also thank you for the concern, and kind words. My surgeries were not neck, lower back. Yeah it sucks having a boss like that but, I believe in karma, so he will get his. Good idea about a new post. Stop that in saying be more supportive. Any replies, good or bad ( which yours were good ) are good in my book. Any advise is good. I believe you are a nice person. Thanks again to all, I appreciate your time.
