 My Baby got married !!
Hi all, I just wanted to share with everyone that my daughter was married today. Her and her hubby have been together for almost 5 years and kept trying to plan a wedding. They finally ended up going to the Justice of the peace, or whatever it is called in Ca. I'm very happy for her. They figure that maybe a few years down the road they can save up enough and renew their vows in a traditional ceremony. I know her dad was glad that they finally got married since they have children together. I wish that I could have been there with her, but she knows I was there in spirit. We both still tend to call her our Baby Girl, since she is our only child. She is the reason I picked my avatar, to represent her and I. Thanks to Wink's help.

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

How wonderful!!! Congrats to a new son-in-law, and many years of happiness. I am sure they will renew their vows and have you present to enjoy that special day when they can afford it. It sounds like she married a very nice man that your you both love very much.

So happy that things are going good for your daughter and her new husband !!! I am sure that after 5 years he was already considered a member of the family.... this just makes it legal. Thank you all for your responses. I'm sure they will be happy together, they love each other very much. When my daughter was a few months away from graduation, he was going to move up north (we were in Ca.), they didn't want to leave each other for even a few months, he ended up staying at our place until after her graduation and then they moved together. He is a very sweet man and cares deeply for her and the children. Thank you all for you congrats, and well wishes.
