Update on Bri and Chad

Sorry that I haven't been posting as much lately. My own medical problems keep me away much more than I like, as does having work interfere with my computer time.

Cap.. I have kept your husand, you and your extended family in my prayers although I haven't been here. It sounds as if things are finally rolling in the right way and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. The Lord works in myterious ways and I truly believe that all will be fine.

Monster, so glad that we were able to help you win on your plumeria forum. And I am hoping that a great deal of money will be made when you auction off the plant. It sounds as if the family is well deserving of any help that they can get. I will be unable to bid for the reasons to follow. I am sure that you will understand.

Now as to the reason for this post. Chad is returning to Afghanistan in May and will be there through most of October. This is a voluntary trip this time. Although he didn't enjoy being there the first time, he decided that the benefits are worth the time there.

I will be saving every penny, nickle, dime and quarter that I can so that I can take time off work in October..even if it is without pay..so that I can be in Michigan for the birth of my grandbaby. Yep, just found out yesterday that Brianne is pregnant and will be delivering in October. There is no way that she is going to go through this without her momma being there to help out. I will let you know more as I find out myself. I am just so happy that I wanted to let you in on all of the good news.

Now it is time for me to go and get some things done arounf the house before time to cook supper. Y'all have a great evening.

Congrats on being a new Grandma. I know it is a joy to be there as i was with my daughter as her coach for both of my grandkids. There is something about being a grandparent that i cannot explain. It is a wonderful feeling, and they have lived with me since they were born, so i get the pleasure of seeing them grow everyday. Good luck and i know no matter what, you will have the money to go.
