Please make sure when you post that you include your state. The best thing is to add it to your profile but at least make sure it is somewhere. Every state has different rules and you can't get a good answer if the others here don't know what state you are talking about.

Kate, I agree. Everyone needs to know the state you are in if you want decent answers to your post. My state is in my user name, I try to include it in any post and it is in my profile. Welcome to everyone who is new and remember to post your state somewhere!
