Hi all...I am late. I finally got all the pictures painted. They really do not take that long, I have just been sort of out of it in terms of concentration and so it took longer than it should have. I talked to my husband and he told me to have everything packed by Friday because he will be going to the post office on Friday. I will have three boxes, one for Still, one for Deb, and one for jayne...then there are two envelopes..one for beshall and one for kentuckygal... thanks everyone for being patient with me this time. I really appreciate it.

I will let you know as soon as they leave and how long it should take to get to each of your addresses.

mmmmmmm I need a gift for a couple getting married in our church......can you paint a candy dish,cake dish and tea set to match......and have it ready for when we get to PA I will get with you later on what color and design just get looking and give me a price....I really got to start putting the pennies away

jayne, i can do this absolutely, and it will just be the cost of the items and paint. I saw that kmart had their cake dishes on sale at 11.70, so I will try to pick up up one or two there... or walmart I believe is a little cheaper even. Let me check this out. The tea set was around 18.00 and then a candy dish ... well it depends on what kind and how large you want it to be, but I can paint a really nice candy dish for about 6.00...then the paints would be about 5.00 and no more. So this gives you an idea, but let me put this all together in terms of price and I will get back to you.

also, I have made many baskets with straw in them ... with a cake dish, 4 coffee cups and 4 desert dishes...this cost is about ... not including tax..about 10-12 for cake dish 2.00 X 4 for the coffee cups, and 1.50 X 4 for for the plates.. the staw is about 6.00 and the basket is about 3.00... just an idea that my staff always loved for their birthdays and weddings etc... This is about 30.00 or under.... that is just an idea also. Just let me know the direction to go and what you want... love Red

Bethsha...thanks for understanding...I have painted those red poppies twice... I just could not seem to get it to gether for that one, but alas...it is ok. If I don't like it I will not send it....I only send what I like ...and would put up in my house... where I tend to have a reputation for painting..here ...thank you love Red

at church the kids call me the candy lady cuz I always have candy for them in my pocket....thats why the candy dish...the rest were just an idea cuz they are so beautiful.....

Hi Carol!!

You know what I already told you. Don't worry about it at all. I can't wait to see it though. I love the other painting you sent me. It is one of the first things a person would see when they enter my living room and it sure is an eye catcher. Church group came over a couple of months ago and they thought I had bought it from an art gallery. I told them nope a dear friend made it for me. I have a place on the same wall for the one that you will be sending. I just know they will look beautiful together.

You are a very special lady Carol - thanks so much for all that you do. I don't think you can ever imagine what your kindness has meant to so many of us here.

Hi all... more news... Del is taking it to the post office on Wednesday. He has a doctors appointment on Thursday, and then Friday suddenly he has to meet with our contractor who is going to do some remodeling to our home, and then Saturday he has to stay with me becasue we will have the girls, then monday I have a painting class and then tuesday he has to pick out new windows and hard wood floors for our home...so it has been backed up Wednesday. Del asked me the other day, "how did we ever do it when we were both working and working the kind of hours we worked?" I don't have an answer, all I know it either takes me four times as long which is part of it, or we have lost our organizational skills or something is wrong with us...becasue we can't seem to get it to gether right now. There is a lot going on. When a person goes from walking all the time to riding in a wheelchair the entire house must change...and our autos and everything else... however, I am not in a wheel chair all the time, it varies and as everyone in Tulsa can tell you, I didn't have a wheel chair for my entire trip, but we are preparing for when it happens again... and this is very much nuts.. so again I have to apologize. I want to play another game and yet I can't until I get this stuff out. I am soooo sorry, but I promise to make it worth all of your wait... I just have a few more days to make a few more things and add to your packages... You don't have to reply, I just wanted to get this message out... Love Red
