STILL HERE
Hi all,

I haven't been on much lately, because I have been trying to get back into the swing of things. It has been very hard but at least I am at work and back to doing what I was doing before this nightmare started.

I don't know what all this means but shortly after I went back to work full time(not light duty) the i/c sent me a check it said ADVANCE ON PD ACOURDING TO THE AME. it also said they were going to give me X amount of dollars until they had paid the little advance they were giving me. That money sure did help funny how when you are back at work and earning a living they then decide to send you a check to help out. I guess this also means my cases will settle soon. I am just so glad I got back now I only have about 7 1/2 months left and I will be free from this company with my full retirement. Thanks everyone i WILL keep in touch

God bless you all and good luck

RE: STILL HERE
Rholmes,
Hey girl it's good to hear from you. I was going to PM you and ask how you were doing. I'm glad to hear that your back to doing your regular job. I hope all goes well and you have a blast at retirement time. I personally would call your lawyer and ask about that check, just to be sure. I think, but am not sure, in order for a settlement, offers have to be made and agreed upon. It won't hurt anything to ask. Have a good day and don't overdo it.
Take care.

rholmes!
Glad you checked in with us for an update! yep, as Vic said ck with the lawyer about the settlement. An amount DOES have to be agreed upon by all parties.
Start marking the days off til retirement! You fought hard for this, and deserve to be able to enjoy it's benefits...monetary & relaxation wise!
Prayers for you ! LillySmile

RE: STILL HERE

Hi girlfriend>>think of you all the time. Knew you had to be busy and maybe even hurting going back to work FT> I agree with the other girls. Doesn't hurt to double check as to what's going on. In the meantime , be well, keep yourself safe and injury free and that retirment date will be here before you know it. God bless.
