shoot the witch.... rude people have no place in public settings......I know we all get short and wanna blow but go somewhere beside the customer to blow..........She would get turned in by me with a very nice letter stating what happened and because of her behavior I would be seeking another doctor and clinic where my bussiness would be welcome.......and it would be sent to the doc,clinic head,and her........I can get very nasty but have learned to do it with a smile...........remember chit rolls downhill smearing everyone it touches(clinic head gets the nasty letter she reams out the one under her and then she reams out the one under her and so on down the hill till it gets to the witch) you cant push it up hill.(complain to her boss and it stops there) just a little something I learned as a military wife........

I spoke with the auto ins agent this afternoon and informed her if this mess didn't get cleared-up that I would hire an attorney next week.

She said she would call the receptionist at the doctor's office herself, don't know if that happened.

I did hear from the insurance adjuster as she left a messege on my voice mail. Course I can't understand a word she says, she must talk 1,000 word a minute and in a very soft voice. Not good cause I am hearing impaired.

ADA compliance, not.

Jayne, I plan to write that letter in the morning.

Bummer...thanks for the smile. I miss you so much. how I would love to take a trip to tulsa in the next couple of months and see you all again. However, we have to add ksgirl and undercoverangel, pooh, and anyone else that could get there.... I know we are all going to Florida, but i still can dream about Tulsa can't I. Tuffy I miss you also...and Florida will be so much fun also. Sweet tooth called me tonight and I just miss her more tonight too. Whats a girl to do.... dream dream dream ???????
