Spoke with attorney
A spoke with my attorney today. As most on the forum know we are waiting for the judges's decision on treatment of the knees.

My attorney spoke to the judge yesterday about my case and he expects a decision within the next week or two. My attorney tells me because I am looking at treatment for high blood pressure, this also needs added to my claim. I see my doctor Friday and he will make the decision for treatment of my BP.

Bummer....is this ever going to stop for you? This is a nightmare to say the least. If they had only did what they needed to do in the first place, all of this would not be happening... I am so sorry that you have to go through all of this...love Red

RE: Spoke with attorney
Bummer,

As we all know WC never does what they should do regarding the injured worker. What a shame that we must be victims at the hands of their mercy, which they have no mercy for us. I pray that you will have a favorable decision you so deserve and that it will be soon. Love ya!
