RE: settlement
also after i was told verbally over the phone by my adjuster that my PIR rating was 39% and that he was sending it to the lawyer, now the adjuster emailed me that they want to set up an appt. for a IME. What would this reason be for if they were ready to send a check and now decided to do the IME? This PIR rating was with their WC doctor.
I have requested numerous times to have the rating sent to me for a copy and cannot seem to get it. Am i entitled to get this copy from my adjuster? Something sounds fishy right now. I want to get to the bottom of this. Why they are changing their minds about doing a IME now etc. carpal tunnel recurrence/ neuropathy / RSD. 1/29/07 injury date. Permanent. PIR settlement 8/4/08 10% |

RE: settlement
is your case litigated? are you represented?
Maybe you should discuss with them getting another opinion with a doctor of your chosing. "Doctor shopping" should work both ways. |

RE: settlement
Sparkey, I understand that you are upset, but please do not post identical info in multiple threads. You started a thread of your own with this topic. I see no reason why you need to hijack other peoples threads.
