What state were you injured in? WC varies by each state.

Wink RE: how long does it take to get benifits
Your attorney should be able to help you out in getting the monies quicker by asking for a hearing to tackle the question about monetary compensation. If they are paying for Meds. and Dr. appointments, they are taking some responsibility for your injury. Go to your States Website and look up your rights as an injured worker, there is a tab there with that info. That should help to answer some of your questions until you can speak in length with your attorney. Have a Great Day, and I wish you the Very Best!!Wink

Question RE: how long does it take to get benifits
Don, we all want to try and help you as much as we can, your Profile doesn't show the State your having problems in, and that is making your question very hard to properly answer. For each State has their own Work Comp Laws and Rules, we have to use them, to help you.
