RE: injured worker and taxes
Nymmr, there are alot of grey areas on this one. None of us can complain about the grey areas. After all "we the people elected the officals". One thing that has remained constant ( the way I read it ) is that if you are single and payed taxes, you will receive something.

One of the last changes was to add disabled vets and people receiving SS. I have not seen or read anything about people receiving SSDI.

I understand the reasoning and concept behind the stimulas package but for the life of me I can not understand the 2007 year taxes they are using. The question will explain why. What happens to the 40% that request an extension??? Regardless of the reason, some do it because they have not received thier W2's.

8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom.

RE: injured worker and taxes
I wonder how this will effect the people like my mom who lives on her Social Security alone and does not file taxes because she is low income.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
