;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

UnderCover, yes, those income amounts I posted will be used, for those that do get checks. Married or single. The amounts are the base plan used and set in stone. Or better said, as is written.

Single or married, from income $3,000.01 to $74,000.99 is where people in that income group will see a check. You can almost bet, those standard guidelines will also reflect what we think we will get, and what we see what we get.

So as said, don't count your chickens till they hatch.

RE: ok serious talk here
Here is what I tell my kids.

I tell them to take such funds, and go to their bank. Then transfer those funds onto a Bank Visa Card. It's then a Pre-Paid Visa Card with their money on it. I then tell them to think of what is their biggest Money Burden, and then use those funds to help with such burden. Me, I don't need it that much, and I never look for a gift horse. But if I get it, I use it for say Gas, because I hate gas prices. So I then leave the Pre-Paid Visa in my car or truck till it's used up. Sometimes I just hand the card over to one of my kids that I feel is in more need of it then me.
