RE: Why not expose WC scam through UTUBE
mainly because those of us that have settled have moved past the anger and those still in the system will not want to upset their cases
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

jayne Wrote:mainly because those of us that have settled have moved past the anger and those still in the system will not want to upset their cases But we are never going to get things changed if we say nothing. I am still in the crap and I am not afraid to expose the scam and the nonsense that the insurance companies are allowed to put us through. And I am glad you have settled your case but try and remember what you did go through. Why not help others. If I was done with my case I would especially make it a point to let people know what is up. I never knew this is what people had to go through until 4-25-07, not a clue And for that I am sorry, but their is no excuse for ignorance. |

RE: Why not expose WC scam through UTUBE
It really does have anything to do with the IC's. It's all about big business and making money. It wasn't all that long ago in our American history that WC didn't exist in any way, shape or form. It's not the best but it beats the alternative.

RE: Why not expose WC scam through UTUBE
It doen't beat the alternative for some of us. I don't think much good would ever be accomplished in the world if everyone gives up trying, or worse listens to those who have.
Maybe the comp laws should remove the employers protection from being sued if a claim is handled in such a way, that an i/w is harmed worse. Go to you tube and punch in worker's comp. |

Could you give a address for utube. I live way too far in the woods to know about these things.
GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT! |
