I know it says 2006, but gallagher basset is the IC I am up against. Great now I have more worries.

She's bringing a pro se civil rights suit in California (last I knew) to address some of the insurer/employer behavior that I see so many endure. Also, it seemed to show that some worker's were organizing to fight back, and might link injured worker's to the organization if they wished to get involved. |
