RE: Diet Discussion
OK, I wrote down my weight and will check it again next Monday. I was a bad girl and ordered a medium pizza Sat. night (comfort food), I had not had any for so long and after last week I needed something yummy. I only ate 2 pieces.

Today I had my usual coffee for breakfast, and another cup at work. Lunch consisted of lowfat yogurt and a banana. Tonights dinner was 2 pieces of the leftover pizza,a few pieces of block cheese, bologna and soda. I will have to do better tomorrow for dinner. (Just hate to waste the pizza, lol).

Good luck everyone.

RE: Diet Discussion
Right now I'm making supper. We are having a huge salad with many greens, tomatos, cukes, and hard boiled eggs for protien. Broiled fish fillets with just a touch of butter, not the usual lb. I put on it, and California mix veggies. I am going to drink water with it.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

I had my coffee this morning with low fat coffeemate, and a small glass of OJ. for lunch a salad with low fat dressing and a handfull of grapes. Tonight I am having 1/2 skinless chix breast done on the George, Vegies and later will have a butter free serving of popcorn, with my cranberry juice (sugar free) Will not weigh in again untill next Monday. My diet is anything broiled, boiled, or baked. Nothing fried. NO FAST FOOD.

RE: Diet Discussion
AS much as I need to loose another 20lbs, looks like I am going to have to bow out of the group diet for now. Long story that I will post under a new thread, but I will be rooting for y'all and hope that each of you are successfull in your quest to loose.

RE: Diet Discussion
ok....alll it looks like you are all doing great. I hate to say it, but I blew it for supper. I had a baked skinless chicken breast, while my husband was eating fried potatoes and bisquits and gravy..... I ended up eating a 1/2 a bisquit and some gravy on it....ouch... that is not good. Also, so far I have had 4 glasses of water and need to get at least 2 more 8 ounces before I go to bed.... no more food for me tonight...i did so good at lunch time... oh and I did eat a 1/2 cups of steamed carrots... I love carrots and they are good for you, so that was ok... but the gravy ouch...not good...but it did taste good... love Red
