RE: Did I do anything wrong?
Thanks Limbo,

I haven't seen any signs of survelliance yet, although I have been expecting it and I do stay within my restrictions.

I had my dr appt this morning and his response to the health assessments were:
"This is BS" he did complete the assessments.

I will call the office and request a letter be written.

I am at MMI so I am using my personal dr also a DO, will that make a difference?

RE: Did I do anything wrong?
If you can get your Personal Dr. to write a letter for you also that would be great! The more you can add to your file that shows you are making every attempt to go back to work will only benefit you at trial. And showing that the offers are not within your written restrictions by more than one Dr. will only make your case more solid. Just to give you an idea, after I was told my condition was permanent and inoperable, I had a total of 7 other surgeons both Ortho. and Neuro. look at my MRI's. (I got lucky and went to the largest Hospital in my city's Neuro. Dept. for a second opinion and there happened to be 5 surgeons there at the same time and they all looked at my films) because I didn't want to hear what I was hearing. If needed, I could probably have quite a few letters written for my file. The more the Better!! Again, Best of Luck!!Wink
