Tuffy. I swear you sound like my mom when I was young, she said because there were raw eggs and such in the cookie dough that we would get worms if we ate it raw. Well, body builders and other athletes drink raw eggs for protein(eeeewwww). My mom used to aslo say that eating raw potatoes would also give you worms. ???????who knows??????????

Vickie Your mom and mine must have grown up together because that is where I heard that story from my mom...... But now we all know that raw eggs can cause a BIG problem.......... maybe there is or was some truth in those old wives tales.LOL

The only part of the egg I like raw is the yolk when I make dippy eggs. I do flip them over, because I can't stand the whites to be runny. Tuffy did you mom grow up around Pa??? My mom came from a large Pa.Dutch farming family with 10 kids.
