Ok red I'm with ya here...I just found a local church that has meeting every thursday night for support.....but I'll be on the online also I'm setting my goal at 3lbs weekly!!!!I wish you all luck here.....are we gonna check in with each other by pm's or how we gonna do this?

CRABBy...we are all going to weigh weekly and then report lbs lost but not your actuall weight and then we will discuss what we ate that day and any challenges we had. We are going to just keep playing it by ear I think. Red

Hi Guys,
Sorry I haven't been on, It's 3 AM and I can't sleep, too much pain. I have been running to Dr. talking to lawyer, I haven't got all the back money they owe me yet, since the beginning of Oct. so my lawyer is putting in for penalties. I will let you know what happens. I definately want in on the diet. I want to lose 15 lbs, so I will be going for 1-2 lbs. per week. I usually lose a lot at first and then slow down. Red you are a doll for doing this for us. The rest of you can join in even if you have already started to lose weight it will be fun. GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT! |

Sweet tooth,
You can be our mentor so we stick to it, that way you will still be in on it even if you don't want to diet. It always helps just to know there is someone to talk to . GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT! |

Red,
I'm willing to do this, since I have more weight that I want to lose and have been at a standstill. I think the steroids and other meds have stopped me from losing. I don't actually have any specific weight loss plan. i can't afford the special foods. I was just gonna keep doin what I was doing, by eating lower fat foods and watching what I eat. ;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

That is what I'm doing, just cutting back and drinking more water. If I bought the special foods that you get a week at a time, I would probably eat it all in one day.

Good morning all .....
Vickie, weight watchers is what you described. Weight loss does not have to be any packaged type diet. I am going to do what I have been doing also, and that is cutting back, making different selections, cutting back on fats and pure sugers... which is actually not not a big problem of mine. Mine is more along the lines of peanut butter.... what can I say, guess I never grew up.... Backache ... welcome...to the list. I am trying to add more water also. Water is needed to remove the fat....and I always loose when I drink more water. They recommend 6-8 8oz glasses each day. Does everyone drink water to assist with weight loss? Where is Chris Chris...has she been gone. I have not seen her around for awhile. Now I am going to worry.... let me know ok.... love Red Everyone else who is on the list.....
