Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

RE: Did you ever forget something?
About two weeks ago, I got out of bed, fed the cat, went out back to feed the dogs. Then I took a shower, dressed and dried my hair, then went out back to feed the dogs. Hummmmmm? They did not tell me they were already fed!

RE: Did you ever forget something?
I started this thread because yesterday, I received in the mail a new credit card from PayPal with a $9,000.00 limit. I don't remember opening this account so I called them. They assured me I opened the account while paying for a transaction. I believe them because they knew my favorite pet's name. LOL!

I've also been buying a few items on ebay because of my weight gain, and because I can't afford to go out and buy a new wardrobe. Well, a couple of days ago I received two boxes of Tupperware that I don't even remember bidding on! I don't need any tupperware.

Somebody take away my credit card and lock me up! TongueTongue

God is never late.

In the end it doesn't matter how many years were in your life but how much life was in your years.

chrischris,

having experienced short term memory loss myself i started reading this thread and found myself LOL'ing because i've done some of the exact same stuff AND different things--

repeatedly using my remote key to open the trunk and doors of "my" car in a parkiing lot only to realize the key will only work if i ACTUALLY use it on MY car

leaving home to pick up my teenager from school and taking the route to the school she attended-LAST YEAR

forgetting my parents' phone number which hasn't changed since i was in the 2nd grade (and that's a lot of years)

but i had to reply to this specific post because I did the exact same thing: shopped with no memory---stuff just started arriving---i was
upset until i realized 1) no one else had my password to the site 2) all the stuff came to my PO Box and 3) no one else with a key to my PO Box would WANT this stuff

my teenager told me "Mom I tried to ask you what you were doing and you said 'since when did you start bringing home a paycheck-oh that's right never-so step away from the desk or you're grounded 'til you're 25!' so i left you alone"

nurse83

"After all, tomorrow is another day." Wishing you a better tomorrow!
