need settlement % disablity chart
Im looking for a chart I was shown a long while back about the % disablitiy chart which gives the amount your given for your injuries/disabilities. I donot know the proper name of this chart but I recall it listed % of disability and the amount you would be owed.
I live in Maryland

RE: need settlement % disablity chart
you need to post if your state uses the AMA 5th edition for permanent impairment. I can help a little if they use that book as it's sitting over there under the VCR.

RE: need settlement % disablity chart
Thanks for the info 1171 . The chart I saw basicly list more problems which im hoping to find . Im really not sure even how they would figure mine up and does it consider surgery ?
Heres basicly my injuries - Broken skull , brain injury w/ operation (memory did return just having minor problems currently) ,2 broken vertabra , broken upper arm w/ surgery , cracked pelvis , broken finger w/ surgery -most likely will never work 100% . Im guessing the brain injury is the one thats tuff to figure.
Also - if I can no longer drive a big truck because of my injuries does that somehow get considered or not?
