How long after PIR rateing before i hear something?

Okay tomorrow will be 30 days since i had my PIR rateing. In the beginning i heard they had 15 days after the rateing to settle. It has now been 30. Does anyone know how long they really have before i hear anything? I am sick of waiting, but do not want to call the adjuster, and wonder if there is a fine if not done in a certain amount of time.

I know nothing about it sparkey, but I am hoping you will get something in the mail tomorrow. I know that I hate waiting and I have a feeling you are the same way. You are in my thoughts!

Sparkey I have a feeling you will be hearing something very soon. I too had a little set back I think mostly because of the holidays. This time of year is very hard because they tend to let things go for those two weeks and face them when they have to. So just give it a few more days now that the holidays are over and hopefully something will give very soon

I had mine in May of this year,but the doctor said I wasn't MMI.His findings came in the mail a week later.

Your right Rholmes. Maybe the holidays set them back alittle. Unfortunatly it was during the middle of both. I will probably be a week behind or so due to it.

Beth, If you were at MMI you would of had a PIR rateing done at a certified doctor. Did you have that done yet? If so, it would take more than a week to get a settlement award i would think. Just curious what you are talking about. Are you saying they wrote you that you are at MMI now? If so, go have a rateing done.
