RE: Ortho Appointment Tomorrow
I am back from the ortho. He wrote physical therapy orders extending physical therapy (neck) for 4 more weeks. Also wrote orders for physical therapy for the S1 joint.

I do hope the auto insurance will pay for the physical therapy. Therapy cost $250.00 a session and I don't have that type of money and my health insurance dosen't pay well for physical therapy.

My blood pressure was up at the appointment 144/92 and norm is 110/80 the office was sending info to my family physican.

Ortho wrote a script for a stronger muscle relaxer and told me to start the neurotin.
I do not like taking the meds and haven't decided if I will take them.

RE: Ortho Appointment Tomorrow
Bummer...take the meds. It will help you tolerate the PT. Those meds could be your ticket to lessened pain!
Take care, LillySmile

RE: Ortho Appointment Tomorrow
Thanks Lilly

When I return to my family doctor I will talk to him about the meds.

Also need to talk to him about my blood pressure as the pain is raising my blood pressure and we are going to have to start treating the blood pressure.
