DIME
Hi guys, I hope Everyone had a Merry Christmas! As stated before, I was put at MMI on 11/09/2006. I had a DIME on 5/7/2007 that agreed with the original rating of 33% now the insurance co. wants another DIME. My question is, how many exams can be performed?
Seems to me that the insurance co could "DIME" a claim to death and never pay.........

RE: DIME
Golfbum....That's more than likely their intent. When the exam results suit them.....they'll probably be no more exams!
i don't know an answer to your question...but someone who does will come along soon I'm sure.

What state are you in?

Good Luck to you! LillySmile

RE: DIME
so now the i/c is wanting to fight "their" Dr's findings of a 33% impairment rating. Can anyone walk me thru what can be expected next. I know there is to be a hearing, then another IME. My attorney all but guaranteed we would win, because it is the insurance companies doctors that gave the impairment rating.....
Any thoughts?????
