Birthday present?
My daughter Connie called me for my birthday and also told me she will be rotating to hell in May....They have not told her exactly where yet...just she will be going.....so my plans for the summer will be changing as hopefully her 3 will come here most of the summer...as there are other Grandmas involved they also will want time...Her husband is a pilot so his hours are long and it will save them alot to have them at Grandmas over the summer and not at sitters....
When I asked her couldnt she get out of it her reply was....I am no better than any other troop....its my rotation and I will go...I will expect strenth from each and every one of you during her time of deployment......Pray for her safety and my sanity.....my daughter at war and 6 under 12 for the summer....and for a month of that time my sons 2 kids will be here and I will have 8 under 12.......Yippee free weeders for the garden............yeah right

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

Jayne

I feel for you. My daughter wants to go in the service after high school graduation and although I am honered by her decision I am also stressed by her decision.

I love working with young children and wished we lived closer so I could help you this summer. Guess that is why I became an early childhood teacher.

RE: Birthday present?
Hi jayne, you are sure going to have your hands full this summer, but if I know you, you will be the best ever with all of them. It sounds like the kids are going to need you more than just for taking care of them physically. They will most likely depending on their age be very worried about their mom. TV tells everything now. I sure wish it didn't but I think you understand that more than most.

And your invitation to visit with us is still open, always, even if you have 12 kids under the age of ???? Always know my door is open for you and yours. The kids would have a ball at Sesame Place...it is a great water park and only about 30 - 45 minutes away... give me a call. I just remembered I was suppose to do something for you and I forgot. i will write it now. sorry.... love you lots...tell hubby hi... I have been off more than on recently. The holidays are so busy at my house... see ya... Red

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.
