In the last couple days I have thrown darts, played shuffle board, bowled, played ping pong, raced cows, played pool, shot targets, went fishing, drove a tank, played skiball, air hockey, shoot hoops, and played this game called Rayman raving rabbits.(very funny to play) Haven't done the boxing yet. So far there seems to be varying degrees of physical exertion and different body parts involved. I am some what stiff also since I have not been very active for some time. As much as I dislike advertising for anyone at all this game will help me both physically and emotionally.
