Employer and Carrier - "Bad Faith" Insurance

Hi all! I am new here and really have no idea what I'm doing, however I relate to many of the post I have read. I have RSD/CRPS that is a result of a work related injury, 6yrs ago. The disease has been complicated and now in the later stages because the employer has dragged it out so long. IC hearing after hearing, appeal after appeal. Now that they have caused irreversible damage to my health, they are now appealing in Common Pleas Court to recovery medical expenses from a state funded program for BWC approved treatments, which they have not even paid! Some of the charges have been denied by the SI claim rep. To them it's money......to me it's my life!
