power in numbers
opinions are opinions
IME doctors however have been known to receive x-rays but say in the report that they were never received, meaning a persons x rays which are proof of the injury may be lost forever. IME doctors have been known to state in reports that they performed tests that they did not, and then basing their opinions on test results of tests that were not performed. States have medical review boards which investigate grievances against doctors. It costs nothing to ask that a investigation take place. If numerous people complain about the same offense, it would strengthen the case against that doctor. |

RE: power in numbers
maybe but I carry copies of all my x-rays and records( and they leave with me) and take a witness to all doc visits but then I came here a long time ago and got good advice and followed it....And I had an awesome lawyer
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....
