Yeah Bummer Knees,It is quite painful.This is the worse one yet.My wrist was inflamed already,so that probably didn't help much.Boohoo-I'll be ok.

Thanks for everyone's replies.So I tried both ice and heat.I couldn't tolerate the ice.it hurt too much like a burn.the heat stung at first,but got better.Not as painful as it was,but still resembles a golf ball on side of wrist.Guess it's just the life of the injured worker,isn't this fun.?But I really believe I will be alright and no more cortisone shots! That was my 7th in various places of my hand.
