My atty trying to get w/c pay for my depression treatment. In the past, I was treated for anxiety attacks for a few months after my lower back injury(not work related).
Now w/c requesting medical release regarding this.

Can they or will they see this as pre-existig condition and deny treatment? I am paying for this myself right now, but can't really afford it. I am very depressed after my hand surgeries didn't really help and can't work.

I would appreciate any feedback.

pre-existing conditions can still be aggravated and can be considered a new injury.
