Finally all the cancelations and rescheduling is over and I am going to first pulmonary rehab session today. I'm nervous as h.....!

I guess the best way that I can put it right now is I will be learning how to control my lung disease instead of it controling me. Maybe I can have a better description after I'm into it awhile.
