So easy even a monster can cook it, LOL
This is really tasty guys and easy enough that even I don't mind baking it...
preheat oven to 325... I use one of those large family packs of boneless, skinless chicken boobs...this way we have leftovers, LOL 1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing. I use a large glass baking dish (yeah, I actually have some dishes and things to cook in, LOL). Poor some dressing into the bottom of the pan and make sure the bottom of each chicken boob has some on it. Squish all the chicken boobs together so they feel loved and then poor some more Zesty Italian dressing over the tops of them. Bake for 45 minutes or until done (remember all our ovens cook differently and I don't want to kill anyone so be sure they are done before you serve them, LOL...that's my disclaimer )DO NOT poke holes in the chicken boobs...they come out much more tender if you just throw em in the dish and cook them as is. Enjoy

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. |

RE: So easy even a monster can cook it, LOL
Okay here's another easy one....
![]() Buy some large flour tortillas 3 or 4 cans of your favorite canned chile with or without beans but since I hate beans you guys should all get the chile without those nasty things in them, LOL I love cheese so I buy a large block of cheddar and then I have to grate it which then means I have to wash and clean the stupid grater thing which I absolutely hate ![]() You can cook it with or without onions, but I like onions so ya'll should all put onions in yours too ![]() Put some chile on a tortilla that I know doesn't have any beans in it (you guys did this just for me so I can come and visit, LOL) and throw some cheese and chopped onions on it as well (so I will stay at your house even longer, LOL). Now roll the above up kind of like we did in the adjuster recipe and continue doing this until your glass baking dish is full of this lovely concoction. When your dish is full of rolled up thingies open another can or two (depending on how many you're making...the more you make the longer I stay, ROFL so be careful with that part) smear chile all over the top of your rolled up thingies, cover that in lovely, wonderful, fattening cheese which I promise will not go to your thighs or rear end ( you all know my fingers are crossed right???) and then add some onions to the top and you are ready to cook. Pop in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook about 30 minutes. These are actually better the second day when reheated in the oven which means I WILL be spending the night, LOL ![]() Love ya'll, monster Please click the link below to help provide food for homeless animals.
