Bed, Bath an Beyond has one that plugs into the car or the house, heats and massages. ( HoMedics ) it is great. and can be bought at other stores, just look around or call different stores.

The above is close to what I have. As long as it has heat and message, it should help. Also notice that it comes with a house adaptor. That way you can use it will driving, sitting at home, or laying down. I do recommend, that if you use it while laying down. That you turn it off before going to sleep. I just clicked on the site and see that it only shows the photo.
