RE: wish me luck
Hi i am also from New York sounds like you have the same attorney as i do. Well almost my attorney is afraid to anger the Judges and refuses to argue legal matters and tells me it is just that he does not want to get them mad or they will rule against me. I have said it before and will say it again New York Workers Comp. Judges are nothing more then babies with black robes and rubber mallets. I wish you luck ..........Tony !!!!!!

Good Luck to you!
Prayers going up now for you! Lilly
Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |

RE: wish me luck
I can't offer any great advice jclape but I feel like if you stop fighting that means they won. I look at it as a competition. My attourney acts like a peace keeper also and it truly worries me.
GOOD LUCK!!! Nothing changes when nothing changes |
