recipes exchange
Does anyone want to exchange recipes for Christmas New Years or any other time?
\I have tons of appetizer recipes
A really easy one is and sorry but I don't measure things most of the time.
Ham roll ups
1 lb. of sliced cooked lunch ham the rectangular kind in a pack or deli
Philadelphia cream cheese
green onions

soften cream cheese in microwave, spread thinly on ham slices, I slice green onions long way and place ontop of cream cheese. Roll like a jelly roll put in frig until they stiffen slightly. Put toothpicks 4 or 5 through rolls to hold together and then cut between picks. Use as much cream cheese and onion as you like. These are my youngest sons favorites.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

I have a great mushroom appetizer.Make sure you put one to the side for yourself.Last time I made them they were gone in a flash and I never got one for myself!

Stuffed Mushrooms-
Large mushrooms cleaned and stem removed
1 bunch green onions chopped
small can crabmeat
package of cream cheese
4 strips cooked bacon, crumpled

Stuff mushrooms with onion, crabmeat, cream cheese, bacon.Put under broiler for a couple of minutes. That's it! Very tasty !!

RE: recipes exchange
Stuffed jalepenos

a dozen medium sized jalepenos
thick sliced bacon
cream cheese
toothpicks

Split jalepenos lengthwise and remove seeds and veins
Fill jalepeno halves with cream cheese
Wrap with bacon
Insert toothpick through bacon and jalepeno to keep bacon in place

Bake at 250-300 degrees until bacon cooked

I have also cooked them on my smoker for a smokey flavor
They do not last long around here!! Not much burn just a good flavor!

Nothing changes when nothing changes

RE: recipes exchange
Those sound yummy.
Beth if you like stuffed mushrooms try these.
mushroom caps stems removed and saved
mix Philly cream cheese about an 8 oz package
with Liptin dry onion soup mix about 3/4 of one pack you may find you like more or less
cut up remaining stems and add to the mix.
stuff mushroom caps and broil until golden brown. To die for.

GOD BLESS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR PRESIDENT!

RE: recipes exchange
Stuffed IC adjusters....

Take one rather large adjuster and roll tightly in a ball.

Next take one of those meat tenderizer thingies and begin to tenderize by beating the hec out of said adjuster. If it is still yelling then he/she is not tender enough. You are done with this step when no more noise is coming from the tenderized balled up thing.

Now find yourself a very small defense attorney and repeat steps number 1 and 2.

Unroll your adjuster and stuff with the smaller defense attorney.

Now rolllll 'em back up and...

Oh I forgot...you were supposed to prewarm the broiler but since both of the above are probably no longer breathing they are probably roasting in hell anyways, LOL Smile

Sorry I couldn't help it.... Smile
