DIME
Ok so I had my DIME last May and Finally the Dr. sent in his report to the w/c division and he agreed with the initial assessment of a 33% rating. But my attorney said it now goes to the insurance company, and they have 30 days to "rule" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

What He may have meant by "Rule" is Whether the i/c is going to Accept the Dr.'s Decision, or ask for a Second Opinion by a Dr. of their Choice. It May be the Law in Your State that they have 30 Days to act upon the Report and make their Decision. I Wish You the Best of Luck, and I Hope they don't wait until the Last Day!!
