Hope to never have to use this but just in case!!!


If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an
ATM machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.

For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321.

The ATM recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM
card you placed in the machine.

The machine will still give you the money you requested, but
unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help
you.

This information was recently broadcasted on TV and it states that
it is seldom used because people don't know it exists.

Please pass this along to everyone possible

Crabby - that's great to know girl but I can hardly remember it forwards much less backwards, ROFL... I had to write it down to figure out what it would be, I'd be better off trying to hit the SOB, LOL Thank you for passing that on, I am j/k as I am still in the same mood I was earlier

Thank Crabby. Good to know. Like Monster, sometimes it hard to remember it forwards. I have been reading about different meds to ask my doctor (not wc) about tomorrow. The combination I am considering is Topamax and Wellbutrin to replace what I'm now taking for nerve pain and depression. It's funny because one person wrote that it causes short term memory and he forgot his pin #.

I just might try this tomorrw to see if it works! LOL!!!

Sorry folks, this is not true. While the technology apparently exists for it, it is not in use anywhere.

This has been an email "legend" circulating since 2006.
