Hi sis...like the others I pretty much do the sam as I would do with a beef meatloaf. Good idea about the oats . I will have to try that. Love meatloaf.

I am by no means an expert on meatloaf but I have made a mexican meatloaf and used crushed pork rinds to bind the meat together. I have no experience with deer meat at all except for tenderizing it on the hoof with my car.

I wish you all were here helping me cut up all of this venison. My two 13 year old grandsons came in and low and behold both on their first hunt got a buck within 10 minutes of each other. Along with the one my hubby got we could create some fantastic dishes to share I'll buy the beer. I wonder why my hubby calls me a hick?
