RE: is this normal
Hi KG i signed up like 3 weeks ago and have not recieved anything so far. That could be a good sign for you it might mean they are already working on your case.

RE: is this normal
yeppers I got the same papers Kentuckygal. I think they are sent out by some disability determination offices rather quickly. Take your time and list your daily activities and what you have problems doing. Think about your worst case day when it comes to pain. Sometimes that is hard to do when your on meds to control your pain levels to keep them down - but don't stop your meds just to find out either.

Your best bet is just try to think about things you can do and can no longer do because of the pain. I.e. have trouble brushing your hair on days your arms hurt, (this is one of mine - now jayne knows why I wear a braid in my hair .... lol) Trouble sleeping - don't forget to mention your sleeping habits currently - so if you sleep a couple of hours here and there make note of it. If you need help with getting groceries in the house, or help with other things make note of it. Don't be afraid to say that the kids do this or that to help you out.
